Ostaria is being integrated into Cogex to simplify your shopping experience. All ranges will now be gathered on a single B2B platform: shop.cogex.com — for easier, more complete and faster access.
Until when can I place orders on the C2S site?
You can place your last orders on C2S until December 12, 2025.
When will the C2S site close completely?
The site will close definitively at the end of the first quarter of 2026. From December 12, it will no longer be possible to order there. However you will have until the end of March 2026 to retrieve your order history and invoices.
When can I start ordering again?
Starting today, you can place orders directly on shop.cogex.com.
If you don’t yet have an account, create your professional account on shop.cogex.com now.
If I already have an account on shop.cogex.com, what do I do?
Nothing — your account remains active. From today, you will find the Ostaria catalogue directly on your Cogex space, no further action needed.
I’m new on shop.cogex.com — how do I proceed?
Just create your professional account on shop.cogex.com. Once validated, you will be able to place orders as of December 3, 2025.
Will my past orders be transferred?
Orders placed on C2S will not appear on your Cogex space. However, you will still be able to download your C2S history from your personal area until the end of March 2026. All future orders will then be viewable directly in your Cogex space.

Does the interface of the site change compared to C2S?
No. The Cogex site was built with the same structure as C2S. Product categories, filters, cart and order validation work the same way.
